Roadside assistance never works!

Called roadside assistance Friday 9-17-17 about my flat tire they said they were looking for someone and they would call me back. Never called me back but not a problem because we got it fix. Fast forward to today 9-19-17 my tire comes off ( obviously it's the tire shop fault) but I call roadside assistance so they can find someone who can change my tire (I have a spare). Anyways they find someone tells me it's going to be 40 minutes they even give me the company name and number. I'm like ok won't be problem. 59 minutes pass I call the company & guess what?? Roadside assistance never called them. What a shocker.... roadside assistance is straight up fraud & AT&T should be ashamed of themselves for even making us pay for useless crap. Roadside assistance is trash. They should send everyone a refund for paying for this useless crap. Get AAA they are so much better
