Secure Family email error - [child] was located at [time], but the address could not be determined

The alert notification emails are not working properly. They claim that the address could not be determined even though the address is showing on the Secure Family app.

 

Here's what the emails say (including the bad link for AT&T Secure Family):

 

Scheduled Alert Notification

 

[Child's name] was located at [time, date], but the address could not be determined. To see where this family member was located, log into AT&T Secure Family and click on the Map on Jenny's dashboard.

This has happened on occasion throughout the years, but never every time like this. Now every email notification has this error, starting on March 14, 2:01 AM.

 

The problem is not that the location cannot be determined since it is determined in the Secure Family app. It's a problem with the email notifications. When will this be fixed?
