Spams, scams, & how to report them
I receive at least 3 spam or scam phone calls every single day. I block the caller, but they call right back with almost the same number. This has been going on far too long, and I can only assume that I am being charged for these calls. I’m on the “no call” list, and do not publish my # anywhere. Aside from the actual calls, I also continually receive annoying spam texts, though not as frequently as the calls. How can you work with me to make this stop? The harassment is causing a great deal of anxiety in my life.

The scammers dial every possible phone number. It doesn't matter if your number is not published anywhere, they can still dial a potential number. It is happening to everyone. The problem was that the FCC REQUIRED the carriers to complete a high percentage of phone calls made. Earlier this month, the FCC has now changed the rules so that the carriers can block robocalls and spam calls but that is not done overnight.
