UNACCEPTABLE TREATMENT AT AT&T Store in Frisco, TX
After 10 hours and 4 visits to the AT&T store on Dallas Parkway, we still had an unresolved issue. We went into the store one more time, and insisted the staff resolve our issue. The first person was again unable to help us and asked the manager to assist. The manager was rude and dismissive, and when we expressed dissatisfaction with the service we were receiving, the manager’s response that she wouldn’t take responsibility. We said that as a representative of AT&T, it was her job to resolve the issue. Her response was TO CALL THE POLICE.
THE MANAGER CALLED THE POLICE RATHER THAN FIX OUR ISSUE.
HOW IS THAT ACCEPTABLE AT AT&T?

How did things escalate to the point of the police being called?
There are 2 types of stores: Authorized resellers, which are independently owned & operated. The second type of store are corporate stores which are under the guidance of AT&T. It is unclear which type of store is the one you visited.
Since this message board is not a way to contact ATT, the best we, as customers, can do is offer advice & guidance if you would like to share more information about your issues.

We have also just had a very negative experience with employees of this store. They are sending out very aggressive door-to-door solicitors. We've had two on our block for a couple of days now that are causing problems in our neighborhood. I see on Yelp that there are several negative interactions with this store's staff, leading me to believe that it is an Authorized Reseller and not a Corporate Store. What are the options for people to escalate when they are dealing with AT&T Resellers?
