Unlimited & More Premium Multi Line Spotify Premium Question

I recently signed up for an AT&T Unlimited & More Premium Multi Line Account and had a few questions about the associated perks.

As part of the plan, I'm able to select 1 of 7 music, movie, or entertainment subscriptions. Based on the available options, I'm interested in the Spotify Premium option but have a few questions. Would I only be able to create 1 Spotify Premium account or would everyone in the family be able to have their own accounts? If I can only create one account, can I choose the Spotify Premium Family option?

The other entertainment options seem more conducive to sharing, but I'm really interested in upgrading to Spotify Premium. Thank you for your feedback.

You get 1 account.  No, the family account isn’t an option.  No option to upgrade and pay the difference either

@NBA787 dont get too excited. Most people cant even get their Spotify premium to work despite @ATTCares pretending like they are.

I wish you the best of luck but many others have mentioned that they too cannot get Spotify premium working after more than two months of empty promises from WatchTV and @ATTCares

@neemsss   Call and ask for retention or tech support.  Regular CSRs just aren’t equipped for anything out of the routine transactions.

Both pandora and Spotify have been problems.  Almost none with video

I also wondered if I could pay the overage to upgrade the 'free' Spotify Premium 'individual' to the 'family' plan. I never called, but I believe the person here who said it's not possible. I might try to call someone later.  I am sorry for others who had trouble getting it to work, but I did not. I stayed with AT&T, but changed my plan to their 'Unlimited and More Premium'.  Once I got an email welcoming me, there was a link in the email. I followed the link, and logged into my (already set up) account online with AT&T.  The AT&T web page welcomed me, and let me choose the premium service: several video options, and Spotify. I selected Spotify. I already had the Spotify free account. Once I clicked through the defaults, I was done.  I don't remember if I had to log into Spotify during this process or not. But my email with AT&T matches my Spotify account. It was pretty seamless. To verify, I logged into Spotify on the web, and it said my account was now Premium, and here's the actual text: "Your plan is associated with our partner AT&T, please refer to AT&T for questions regarding your plan.".

I also pondered whether I could move from the "free" Spotify Premium "individual" plan to the "family" plan by paying the overage. I never phoned, but I agree with the individual who indicated it couldn't be done here. I might try calling them again later.  I apologize to those who experienced difficulties because I did not. I remained an AT&T customer but switched to their "Unlimited and More Premium" plan.  I once received a welcome email that contained a link. I clicked the link and signed into my AT&T online account, which was already set up.  The AT&T website welcomed me and offered me a selection of premium services, including Spotify and a number of video alternatives. I went with Spotify.
