***Urgent: Repeated Service Disruptions Due to Erroneous "Stolen Phone" Report***

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the repeated disconnection of my service. For the past 6 or 7 days, my phone service has been inexplicably disconnected daily due to a supposed "stolen phone" report filed on May 16th. This report is entirely incorrect, as I am the sole person with access to my account, and my phone has never been out of my possession.

Each day, I have had to call your customer service to reinstate my service, a process that has become exceedingly burdensome and stressful. Today, I was unable to reach a resolution through your convoluted automated system, leaving me without essential communication services.

I demand an immediate and permanent resolution to this issue. My service must be reinstated without further delay, and I need assurance that this problem will not recur. It is unacceptable to face daily interruptions for an issue that should never have arisen in the first place.

Your prompt attention to this matter is required. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and the steps you will take to ensure my service is restored and remains uninterrupted.

Sincerely,

James ( Edited as per community guidelines)

File a BBB complaint to get the issue escalated to upper AT&T management, who will contact you for resolution.  AT&T isn’t going to contact you or do anything based on your forum post other than tell you to contact them.
