Hello @kdrager85,
We hear you, and let's get the help you require with regard to voicemail.
In response to your question, if you have a new phone, or recently changed your phone or SIM card, you may need to set up your voicemail. Please refer to Device Support to learn how to set up voicemail on your phone.
Note: Please ensure to set up your voicemail within 60 days of activation, or it’ll be automatically removed from your account.
In addition, you can refer to troubleshoot your voicemail for more information.
Let us know if the above information helps!
Thanks for visiting AT&T Community Forums.
Kelly, AT&T Community Forums Specialist.
