why do they keep adding contacts to my list?

We hear you, and we would like to get you all the help we can. 

Please ensure to delete the contacts from your email address so the synchronization will not the let the contacts be added again. Also, find the steps below:  

From your basic webmail inbox

1. Select Contacts 
2. Choose More (three dot icon).
3. Select Edit contact or Delete.

From basic mail

1. Select Contacts.
2. Scroll to the entry you want to change.
3. Select the pencil icon to make changes. Or select the trash can to remove the contact.
