Why is customer service over the phone so bad
I been with at&t over 20 years and the last 5 days have been terrible. The customer service is terrible. No one helps all they do is transfer and no one still has a answer and all i got for hours of being on the phone is a 25 dollar credit. Is this how this company works now because it is just bad.

Most everything you need is online and available for you to handle yourself. If they gave you a $25 courtesy credit for your time that was generous as you are not actually entitled to any sort of compensation.
