Work phone number shows up as "spam risk"

Hello,

I work for a college in California. One of our phone numbers is being tagged as "spam risk" (caller ID) when it calls AT&T mobile phones. It shows up as "Los Angeles, CA" on other phone carriers.

How can we fix the CNAM or remove the "spam risk" from our work phone number?

Hello,

Thank you for your reponse. I submitted a request from hiyahelp.com and received an e-mail "As requested, your telephone numbers have now been registered."

Good evening @cvocal

AT&T uses Hiya for our phone number "rating" database (a "rating" is simply a score used to identify the risk that a phone number is being used for spam or autodialing).
You can submit a request on the form below to ask Hiya/AT&T to remove your number from that list.
If you ever run into this issue with Verizon subscribers you can submit a ticket at the link I provided below as well
And for good measure, should you ever run into this issue with T-Mobile subscribers you can use the link I provided below this.
I hope this helps,
Hunter
