Fixing my sim card

Ok so I was trying to reset my password to my online paying portal for (Edited to remove personal information) I locked myself out not knowing the password I can answer any severity questions to the account and my SIM card now keeps saying “you network is blocked” when I call 611 to try and pay my bill over the phone. I have no idea what that means or how it got like that please email me back @ [email scrubbed] or call me… (Edited to remove personal information) thank you my name is Elizabeth (Edited to remove personal information) too

You gave full name and phone number to the entire world. Be prepared for an increase in spam/scam calls and messages. Be very cautious going forward.
