Copper Phone Line Replacement

What I'm looking for is some sort of "POTS only" gateway that could run over a fiber circuit and provide us with telephone service, to replace the copper telephone lines.  We are a small-business sized workgroup in need of about 10 phone lines (currently have 6 copper telephone lines, but wanting to upgrade, in addition to getting off the old copper).  I don't/can't have any internet connection for security purposes, our site has no internet/wifi and our computers all run on a secure network only.  There is already AT&T fiber installed to the location, one strand being used for the dedicated secure networking connection that our computers, and I think 19 spare strands available.  I'm struggling to find the right AT&T person to talk to about this and see if it would be possible to do.  Any ideas of who I could call?  I've tried general customer service but this doesn't seem to be something they normally work with.

You need to call business services to see if what you want is available, this is the residential forum. Just FYI there's no such thing as a POTS gateway. It's just digital phone service over IP protocol. I know they have multiple phone port gateways, don't know if you can get them standalone or not thought.

I recently connected with a very helpful person in their business service area, and it sounds like they have a solution that will fit my needs.

You can drop the copper, bc ATT is not interested in fixing that stuff lol. Maybe keep one copper line, your call. Just explain to whomever that you wanna get X amount on voip lines and drop the copper.

just make sure you UNDERSTAND how the voip works, it might not be like your old copper lines as far as options and such.

Good Luck

ATT can just throw seniors off the old landline they have had for many decades? They petitioned the PUC  to remove themselves as COLR?
