San Jose, CA - Quitclaim an AT&T Easement

Not the right forum for this, but can't clearly find a development page for AT&T where I can ask directly.

I am a civil engineer for a project in San Jose, CA. There is an old PT&T easement on the property where there are existing row of trees. I don't believe AT&T has any utility lines in this easement. I would like a copy of your service line maps (Block Maps) for the area to determine if you have record, and then start the process to vacate/quitclaim the easement so the property is no longer encumbered.
