Unable to connect ATT Phone Advanced to Google Fiber Network
I am attempting to connect ATT Phone Advanced to a Google Fiber network, but unable to receive or initiate calls. ATT Phone Advanced tech support says without explanation that this is a Google Fiber issue. If I unplug the cable between the Phone Advanced system and the Google Fiber router, Phone Advanced properly switches to the cell phone network and I can receive and initiate calls. Any suggestions?

I know this topic is old, but I'm just learning the AT&T Phone-Advanced product. My opinion on the OP's topic is your using a proprietary AT&T product on another's network. So, it's seeing a broadband single, but since it's not going to an AT&T service it's not hitting the soft switch for the phone service. When you unplug it, it loses the broadband signal and switches to the wireless phone service as designed. I see nothing in the manual that claims it will work on any network.

Need to correct my statement of 6 months ago. In re-reading the OP's topic they have AT&T Phone for Business Advanced, which is a VoIP service with a cellular back up should the broadband service go down. It does not require AT&T broadband and should work on any broadband service.
