$99 Fee to fix a line
I had AT&T come out to fix THEIR line that was drooping down to within 8 feet of the ground after a couple of storms. Now I got my AT&T internet bill and find out they charged me a $99 "dispatch fee" to pay for their techs to fix their line! (Edited per community guidelines)??? Next time, I'll just do it myself.

Call to challenge the charge and if that doesn't work file an FCC complaint.

Ended up spending about 25 minutes on the phone with them, but was finally able to get the fee waived.
