ACP Customers not eligible for ATT reward cards?

I signed up for ATT internet with ACP discount back in December/January. I was also promised $350 in reward cards at the time of signing up by the customer service employee I spoke to. I got 2 of the 3 cards (2 $150 cards) about a week after signing up. I tried activating them a few days after they arrived, but the reward center employee told me I had to wait 60 days. Ok. So I waited 60 days.

Now, in March, I tried activating the cards but it says I am disqualified now!?!?!

I spent an hour speaking to the employees in both the help center and reward center.

None of them seemed to know what to do. They kept referring me back and forth from the customer care help center, back over to the reward center. I even spoke to the supervisors and none of them knew what to do.

I don't know what to do here and I'm honestly thinking of cancelling my ATT service soon. It's quite (Edited per community guidelines) that I was promised a certain amount and was told to wait.

Is there anyone that can help me out with why I am not getting the rewards? Thanks

File a complaint with the BBB. Those are forwarded to the Executive Offices.  Someone should be in contact with you.

Hi Nate,

As I said in my post, I have already tried the helpline phone for customer care as well as the reward center number.

They were unhelpful as they just kept saying "we cannot do anything, this is *the other group's* department"

Could you provide an email for the CEOs office? Both Samsung and Xfinity provide their CEOs emails for customers who's issues normal customer service cannot be solved appropriately.

Any other way to contact someone capable of addressing this.

Thank yo
