ActiveArmor Internet Security not Blocking Sites.

I am paying for ActiveArmor Internet Security. I have a site blocked called dumb.com (for testing purposes). But I am still allowed to access it.

My computer is in the correct profile where the site is blocked. I checked my computer local ip, and it matches what the router states. Why can I still get to dumb.com? Also in the profile my computer is in, I have porn blocked, but I can still get to xxx.com.

So it seems like the security is not working at all. How can I get Active Armor Internet Security to block sites and porn like it states it should?

Note these setting noted above have been set for a couple of months, and I have restarted the router multiple times to get the security to block sites.

Laytoya, thanks for the response, the "Secure Family" app is to manage security for my PHONE internet service, but my issues is not with my PHONE internet service, but my HOME internet service. I already have the app that manages my home internet, "Smart Home Manager". Since I pay extra for "ActiveArmor Internet Security", the "Smart Home Manager" app allows me to enable profile securities that block porn and specified sites. But enabling those settings do not work. From my HOME internet service I can still access the sites I blocked.
I am paying extra for this service to work. I would LOVE for it to work. Please advise.

Hey @jzumbrun, let's look at your blocked sites together.

We recommend checking our guide on how to set up content filters. It's easily done through Smart Home Manager, and is the best way to do so.

  1. From Profiles, scroll to Advanced Content Controls.
  2. Choose Content filters or Web filters.
  3. Follow the prompts to control web content for this profile (only available on a limited basis).

We hope this helps!

I DID NOT accept a solution. All I have gotten from this forum is standard answers where at ATT help obviously has not read my original post. I am telling you the solution does not work. I have all the correct settings in place and I CAN still get to sites I have blocked!

Uh Oh, I have this sinking feeling there is NO solution. Us users could be facing buggy software - the issue is the same(not filtering or blocking anything) but only effecting my iPhones, computers connected via LAN are OK.  ATT has not been able to solve this to date.
