All in One Bundle is a scam!
This promotion is a scam. I added Fiber Internet to an existing Wireless account. The new service and billing address were automatically added to my account to both be the service address. The wireless account had a different service address and the promotion was automatically applied by the system. I didn’t not seek out the promotion, I did not find it myself and opt it, I did not even know a promotion was applied. I was simply under the impression that my internet was $59/month. There were no issues for two month, but this month, they have removed my All in One Bundle discount and cannot/will not fix it even though my account has been updated to meet all of the criteria - which mind you it did not meet in the first place. An extra $240/year now on internet when multiple competitors are cheaper and I signed up for $59/month is false advertising and horrible customer service.

Good afternoon @jenjjenk
ATT states that in order to be eligible for the All in one offer you have to either
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
According to Att.com it states that
If eligible, monthly credit is applied to the internet account only.
Hope this helps,
Hunter

The promotion was put on my account when the addresses did not match. I never input anything for the fiber services. The addresses have no matches for the past two months and the discount was given.
