Amazon Smart Home Bundle Q42022 for Fiber Internet Svc NOT WORKING
I redeemed the reward, logged into Amazon, Added to cart, NO DISCOUNT. This does not work. Also, I was promised VISA Reward cards not a Security System. Have not seen anything about them, either.
What to do to fix?? I should have rewards for wireless and Fiber Internet.

I was promised the same smart home bundle in addition to the gift cards but they said it was a one or the other promo even though that’s definitely not what the salesman said. They’re now telling me my account isn’t eligible for this reward despite the salesman saying I qualified for it when I signed up. If I didn’t have major issues with my recent provider I’d go back purely out of distrust.

Ordered AT&T Bundle Package Online - Fiber Internet 1 gig + Land Line + DirectTV + bringing 2 wireless lines from Verizon.... Promised $200 Visa for switching from Spectrum. Promised $200 Visa with a $50 bonus for the Fiber and Direct TV. Promised $25 off each wireless line every month for lifetime. Promised $25 Military Discount for each wireless line every month for lifetime. Promises, promises, promises.....
Have not received anything and apparently there is no record of the online sale..... We definitely warn others to avoid AT&T...
