Antivirus download
Hi,
I am unable to install the ATT Internet Security suite (aka McAfee Antivirus suite). Following are the details.
1. I have a windows 11 computer, which had a previous version of McAfee
2. Navigated to "Download AT&T Internet Security Suite powered by McAfee" page
3. Took me through the login page and eventually to the download link page
4. Upon clicking "English download" with following message:
An unexpected error has occurred.
Please try the following to find the information you need:
- Check the web address you entered to make sure it is correct
- Visit the McAfee home page
- Go to McAfee Support
- Return to the Previous Page
5. If I go to Mcafee page it asks me to buy, there is no option to download for ATT customers
6. Verifying that I am eligible based on 500GB plan and have tried it to multiple machines, cleared all browser history and cache
Please help resolve as I am without and antivirus support for over 1 month.
