ATT 2Factor to non-existant phone for login

I recently moved all my phone lines out of my fiber account to another provider, because 3 months after setting up autopay from my back account and going paperless, I was still being charged the full price without discount and when I inquired ATT said, cancel Autopay and re-apply and in 2-3 months the discount will start being applied.

When I try to login to my account, ATT is sending a text to a phone number that doesn't exist (I have no access to) and I can never log into my account to see and pay my fiber bill. OR to modify my payment method.

What should I do? Beside cancel ATT fiber and go with another vendor for Internet, just so I can manage my bill.

Call 1-800-288-2020 and talk to a CSR to recover your AT&T ID. They will need to verify your identify with some detailed questions and ask for your AT&T Fiber Account PIN.

Once you get access go to your Account profile and update it. Note: you can't use a different carriers phone number but you should change your Recover Email ID.
