I get an error message when I attempt to follow your link to install AT&T Antivirus Plus. When I choose English Download, I get a page that says an unexpected error has occurred.
I contacted AT&T and after they tried the solutions you suggested above and others (I was on the phone for 1.5 hours), they connected me with McAfee support who said this is a known issue.

Can you try clearing cookies and cache or a different web browser.

I'm getting an error that McAffee is only for AT&T Internet subscribers even though I'm launching it from within my ATT Internet account.
