AT&T Fiber: What will happen to free Max subscription?
I asked this question earlier when Max was HBO Max but would appreciate some specifics if possible now. Will AT&T Fiber customers still get Max for free after 6 months? If so, will it be the Ultimate plan with 4K streaming?
Thanks in advance

I agree, nobody knows for sure. But if I were a betting man, I'd say AT&T will probably drop it unless they can enter into some sort of agreement with WBD/Max.

Any update to this? Mine carried over add free but now I lost access. No plan changes. Customer support is no help. Did anyone else experience this?

@primetimepickle You can try to contact Max and see what they have to say. WBD is now in total control of Max so maybe they made the change. AT&T will probably just tell you to call Max. You can try this and see if it still works:
Contact Max Support at 855-442-6629, or go to Max.com, sign in with your AT&T login on a laptop, phone or tablet first, and then create a Max username and password. You can then use that username and password to sign in on your television or other devices by “sign in” instead of signing in with the provider. That has worked for some but not all.

No changes here and Max is still working. You do need to keep using it to keep your Max account active.
