ATT Reward Card

My $150 AT&T Visa Reward Card has not been sent to me despite me claiming it on 4/20/2024 and the Reward Center saying it had been mailed on 4/25/24. It has been 18 days since is has been mailed. What do I have to do to receive my card?

This happened to me, good luck.

On 02/08/2024 I saw a reward for $300 in getting Fiber, since then I have not received any of it. I spent a lot of time during the call with the sales guy, he made me spent an annual membership with AARP to add more discounts to my account, at the end and until he made sure I bought the membership he told me that was not possible. I spent close to 2 hours and 15 minutes talking with him, he offered me another reward card by the phone, which was 50 dollars off on one of my bills(Internet or Wireless) which I'm still waiting. At the end he told me that the offer was not available and that the card was for less money. Everything looked fishy to be honest. I have been a great customer and the service was awful. I'm still waiting for what was promised. I need someone to hear that call and take a look at the (EXCLUSIVE MEMBER OFFER) that I screenshotted on my-att app.

ATT Rewards center, sends me to Customer Service, and Customer Service to them. At the end the one affected is the customer and this is all a trap. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one.

@ATTHelp  I spent like 10 hours or more trying to get this solved and nothing. Plus the guy promised on a recording line stuff that has not been rewarded. I need help it has been more than 4 months already.
