Att reward - no answer or communication

Hello,

 

I have had internet service active for 3 months. I tried submission for reward through att reward website, it does not recognize my account. I went to chat and representative said he cannot assist,  Need to contact reward center directly . Gave me 2 numbers , wasted 1 hour holding on those 2 numbers x 3 separate times ...different times in a day. No one is answering. Feeling cheated, ATT does not want to give out reward
