Bill Not What Was Promised
in the process of having my Uverse land line transferred to my cell account, I was assured, by three different reps, that the transfer would have no effect on my $35 a month Internet bill. When my next monthly Internet bill came, it was for $100. A rep.agreed to reduce it to $35 for one month only, but said that it would have to be increased to $55 from now on. I am a 50+ year AT&T customer. I have been misled. I might even say “lied-to.” What can I do?

It's completely normal, AT&T has the best customer service, I recently switched to AT&T, I'm new user. Far better network than any others. did you tried reaching out to the helpline directly?
