Billing Amount?

When I log into my ATT Internet account via a browser, it says my Internet 1000 monthly bill should be $80 (after paperless and autopay discounts) But I am being billed $85 each month I called in and the rep said the plan cost is $90, which comes to $85 But this is not what it says online Is there a way to correct the "amount due" displayed in my att.com account?

Hi @Leigh ATL, we understand your concern about the bill. Let's guide you in the right direction.

The Community Forums are a public support option where other users, and AT&T, will try and assist with high level support needs. This means we won’t be able to look into account specific concerns. To get the help you need for your unique issue, please review our Contact Us page (https://www.att.com/support/contact-us/), and choose the best option to reach out to us.  You can call, chat, or reach out via social media, and we can review your specific issue and provide you support. If you feel your issue isn’t account specific, and can be answered generally, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to help.

Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums.

My comment is not account specific...as I was told by an ATT rep that all grandfathered plans will not display correctly

I'm confused because the screen that's grayed out behind your modal popup shows a $75 price.

You're probably going to have to place a BBB or FCC complaint to get any traction on this.

Why not just downgrade to internet 500 and next day go up to 1000, then you can see on internet 500 how does your speed compare to 1000 when you run a speed test as well.

@JefferMC

The background screen shows the $75 for the "Change" plan to 500 Mbps. @Leigh ATL went to the Upgrade Plan page and clicked the See plan discounts link under their Current plan.

I have the same issue and have been working with AT&T since October to get it fixed. I have my bill set to $5 off with AutoPay and Paperless Bill. My Autopay is to a Debit Card.

I will try the downgrade/upgrade thing...as long as I don't end up with a higher rate.

Good idea
