Hi @tschlar! Thank you for writing us back! We understand that you're facing issue with your AT&T linked accounts and mail accounts. We hear you, and are happy to assist you.
Please note your AT&T and DirecTV accounts are linked to the same ID. We need to make sure that your DirecTV ID is different from your my att login ID.
You can try changing the ID for DirecTV with the below provided steps:
Change your user ID from your Profile
For more information please visit article from official DirecTV page about Manage your DirecTV user ID or password.
You can also try changing AT&T user ID. To change your AT&T User ID, you need to:
First, make sure you know your current user ID (and password).
1. Go to your myAT&T profile. Sign in, if asked.
2. Choose Edit for your User ID in the Sign-in info section.
3. Enter your new ID in email address format (example: jdoe123@att.net).
4. Follow the prompts to save your new ID.
For more information please visit our article about AT&T accounts and user IDs.
Once your change the user ID, please try to login and check your bill. If issue persists, please let us know.
For further assistance we're here to assist you.
Thank you.

Always best to have your sign in credentials separated, if unable to do so on your own have customer care issue escalation ticket and then they'll get back in touch with you to separate them in two distinct User IDs to sign in view and pay the bill with. All because waiting for AT&T to clear out the bugs in their systems is exercise in futility.
