Buffering Nightly 7:30-11:00PM
Any insights on why I get buffering every night between 7:30-11 pm. Doesn’t matter if WiFi or Ethernet. No issues at all during day. Only issues during the 3.5 hour window. Sports broadcasts are the worst buffering but not the only. Speed tests and signal strength do not show as issues. One of my streaming devices has more problems than the others but again only in the 3.5 hour window.
Does AT&T throttle signal intentionally during certain times?

No AT&T does not throttle service.
What AT&T Gateway do you have?
Are you referencing the internal Gateway Speed tests or remote tests like Speedtest.net hosted server on the Internet?
Which device has the most issues Streaming?

Do you have a laptop or desktop that you could run a test using https://www.speedtest.net and compare the results. The speed test on the SMH app are only testing within the AT&T Network.
Is your Freestream device and your 2 Smart TVs on Wi-Fi, Ethernet or a mix of both?

Download and Uploads from Speedtest and AT&T Smart Home App are pretty close. Buffering like crazy tonight on most channels.
