Cannot see device on Smart Home Manager

I've seen a few threads but didn't get an answer...  i'm trying to find my son's desktop computer on the Smart Home Manager so I can create a profile and shut the internet off at night so he won't play games till late.   I can see every manner of device connected to my router, but none of them show his desktop.  I named it appropriately so I can easily see it, but still nothing.   I went to the router page, which does show the device, so I know it's on the network and using the ethernet... but it won't show up on the Smart Home Manager.

Any suggestions?
