Can?t block or pause an unknown device

In Smart Home Manager I couldn?t block or pause an unknown device. What does that mean?

Please try this basic troubleshooting steps below:

 

  1. Try disconnecting the unknown devices and then reconnecting to WIFI connection.
  2. Try reinstalling the Smart home manager app.
  3. Install the Smart home manager app in different device and try pausing or blocking the unknown device.
  4.  Try using Smart Home Manager app on a computer/ browser.
