Devices cannot connect to the Network

About 2 weeks ago my printer, Echo Dod, and one of my Laptops (Windows 11) stopped being able to connect to the Network.. my other Laptop (windows 365) connects ok. When I try I get "cannot connect to this network." I've done the usual trouble shooting protocols.

To begin, here are a few questions we will need you to answer to be able to assist you further with troubleshooting your network connection:

  • Have you tried rebooting your modem?
  • Have you tried connecting your laptop to the gateway via Ethernet cable?
  • Did you do all the necessary updates on your laptop?
