Does AT&T Send out technicians on billable calls?
Does AT&T Send out technicians on billable calls?
We have an installation that is over 90 days old. It was not connected to our Main Distribution Frame in the building we occupy.
We would prefer to have AT&T make the extension but our 'Aggregator' is saying that AT&T is refusing to assist any further.
Is it usual for AT&T to abandon work like this? We cannot use the circuit that has been delivered and want to work with AT&T to correct this.
How can we do that?

Multi use building?
Type of service? Speed tier subscribed to?
How is service currently being provided?
Wiring inside building is generally the building owner responsibility, this may require hiring a low voltage contractor if building does not have a maintenance department that can perform this type of work.
