Duplicate payment

how I can cancel a duplicate transaction. Or credited to my account

I made a debit card payment on July 28 2022, but the website showed error message. I then made another payment same debit  card and it succeeded. However, a few minutes letter att sent me a notification saying the payment  was placed, but in my bank account shopping a duplicate payment to att ,which made it a duplicate transaction. I need a refund or credited to my account, I has call custumer services and I still waiting for a response

For help with your duplicate payment, we recommend calling our support team at 800-288-2020. They are available Mon - Fri 7AM - 9PM CT and Sat - Sun 8AM - 9PM.

Hello @ATTHelp , I have same issues that was reported here, call the number you indicated many times. ATT can't find the first payment done back in November 2023, any thoughts?
