Fiber Internet

We have had Fiber internet since it first came out.In the last few months the internet gets really slow and sometimes it won't move at all.It is normally between 11 to 3;30  daytime.and then between 8: and 9:00 at night.It used to be fast all of the time.I have to keep reseting frequently.Why?It is very frustrating to have fiber and it isn't mving like it should.

  2. Once signed in, scroll to the "Let's Scan for Better Wi-Fi"
  3. Select "Scan Now"

c. Wi-Fi Signal Strength:

  • Check the Wi-Fi signal strength on your device. Weak signals can lead to slow connections.
  • Consider repositioning your router or using a Wi-Fi extender if needed.

When you say won't move at all, you're referring to devices that are WiFi connected to the gateway, yes?
