Heads up! Your AT&T account still has a balance due.

Is anyone getting an email that says Heads up! Your AT&T account still has a balance due.  I get an email once a month saying I owe a balance.  I go online and call customer service and both reflect there is not a balance due.  The issue is that the customer service reps...I have spoke to a13 so far.  They all say just disregard the email.  I say no...you need to fix this.  They also tell me this is an issue AT&T has known about and are not going to fix it.  This is not an option...if AT&T knows about a problem....then they need to fix it.  Any thoughts?

They know. I spoke to the office of the company president. They are not going to fix it, because their IT gurus are telling everyone that it is a fraud emails.
