Home internet is down from past 15 days

My home internet is down from past 15 days. On May 17, 2024 technician visited to home and said fiber is broken inside wall and someone will visit on Monday (May 20, 2024) and fix it. Till date (May 28, 2024) no one came up and my services are not restored. I tried to follow up several times through call and chat but they are not able to give an ETA. I liked AT&T so not switched to any other service provider but it's really too much and AT&T will loose several customers because of this kind of poor service.

Are you located in an Apartment building, Town-home, or single dwelling unit? Yes it makes a difference as to who is responsible for the repair.

Yes it is apartment but at least ATT should tell about where this is stuck, is it for repair cost? They are only making fool and not communicating the fact.

Depending on the Apt Management company / Owner and their arrangement with AT&T as to management of the Fiber runs from the Telco closet to your unit.. There is often nothing AT&T can do until the Apt. Management Company or Owner notifies AT&T that they have correct the Fiber issue to your unit.

Have you contacted your Bldg Office to ask about this issue?

Don't waste your time and the Chat reps for this type of issue. They are better suited to general questions about AT&T services (Informational inquires) and not repair status.
