Installation Fee Waived Yet Charged Anyway
My order details states the installation fee was to be waived yet I was charged for it on my first bill. I called support and was told the order details page is an "estimate" of what you will receive. She also said I didn't select the option for the fee to be waived so its a valid charge. Is there any other way to get support for this issue?
