Has there been any change on the account? Change of address, account holder or added a new service? Is it taking you to here: https://lsreg.att.com/acctmgmt/registration/welcome

Hi @RandyRyan,
I understand your concern. Let's get the help you need.
Perform the below step which will help you in fix the issue related to redirecting.
1) On Chrome, click "⋮" → "Settings" → "Privacy and Security" → "Site settings" → "Pop-ups and redirects". Make sure it's toggled on.
2) On Firefox, you'll need to edit about:config to block page redirects.
3) On Microsoft Edge, click "•••" → "Settings" → "Cookies and site permissions" → "Pop-ups and redirects". Toggle on "Block".
Additionally: go to Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data and select Ctrl+Shift+Del. You can also type "edge://settings/clearbrowserdata" in your address bar to access this function.
By regularly clearing your browser cache and cookies, you’ll protect your privacy, improve your internet performance and prevents the page from redirecting.
I hope the above information helps!
Please get back to us if you have any further queries or questions.
Thank you,
Justin, AT&T Community Specialist.

Frankly Justin, I think you're giving out bad advice meaningless to the situation at hand.
