MAX Sign-In

My account is supposed to have MAX included with my grandfathered plan, but when I sign in with AT&T as my provider, I am told that my account is not valid. Please help.

Did you change your plan in any way since you first activated Max, or are trying to activate Max for the first times since you first opened your AT&T account? WBD now owns and operates Max, not AT&T. So they are in control of who they give access to. "HBO Max for life" was a promo offered by AT&T some time ago when they owned HBO Max. Since the sale to WBD (Warner Brothers/Discovery) that constitutes a change so if you didn't originally activate Max prior to the move to WBD, there was nothing from AT&T to migrate to Max.

You can try this:

Contact Max Support at 855-442-6629, or go to Max.com, sign in with your AT&T login on a laptop, phone or tablet first,  and then create a Max username and password. You can then use that username and password to sign in on your television or other devices by “sign in” instead of signing in with the provider. That has worked for some but not all.
