My 3g phone is faster

I have issues with lag and update downloads for my XBOX, took two weeks to get a new modem from ATT and they have no consideration for people’s time or lives.  In that two weeks tech and modem were scheduled through the degenerates at support.......this past Friday it finally came...  I am still having the worst service with the new modem, and I’m not using WiFi.  Windstream is faster than his crap and more reliable...I’m looking into other options and I also make sure to let everyone know how bad your service Performs, I had to edit this post because apparently it was offensive..
