My bill does not match the price advertized online
I have called support and chatted with the help chat, both were unable to answer my question and promised a supervisor would call me back. They never did, so I am trying this forum.
Here are two screenshots from the att.com website, after I have logged into my account, showing what my plan is advertised as and includes. Note it states my plan was $85/mo but it is discounted to $80.00/mo because of paperless billing.
Below is a screenshot of my bill. Note I am being charged the $85.00 price.
This change happened on my July 2023 bill. What is going on? I don't think I should be paying more than what is advertised on my account and I should be credited back the extra I have been paying since July.

Good evening Scot4080,
On July 16th, 2023 there was a $5 price increase on all existing copper or fiber connections company wide. On the bill issued to you in June, there is a section at the top of the "News you can use" section (Usually the last page of the bill) - ATT would have notified you of the increase on that fiber service for the following month and beyond. If you are still getting the $5 off with AP/PB then the $85 is correct, as it would be $90 without this.
Please note this is only a generalization and all account specific questions should be referred to 1-800-288-2020.

I'd ask that you post Page 2. Given the ".22" in the 85.22, I'm guessing there are some local taxes and fees being applied, and those wouldn't be included in AT&T's $80 offer.

So the website is displaying incorrect information. If the price increased to $90/mo in July shouldn't that be shown when I log in to view my plan? Because when I view my plan the website say its $85/mo with a $5 discount. My issue is with the website stating my plan is one thing and my bill is charging a larger amount.
The ".22" on page 2 is for: Company fees & surcharges 2. OH State Cost Recovery Charge $0.22.
