My connections have been going down all day it seems. Usually just for a minute or two but it interrupts the remote users, I'm one. What can I do about it?
Start by telling us more about your configuration. What AT&T Gateway do you have and do you have a secondary router? Could you provide more details on your comment about remote users and what app is in use?
I have a Model: Motorola BGW210-700 and the remote users are using Windows Remote Desktop. I've been running a Net Uptyime Monitor for today to my Fortinet firewall and an inside computer. I've also been running the same monitor to my Cox internet, which usually fails but it's been solid. If there is a better gateway I would love to get it.
