My new fiber hates my PS4.

Just got 300 fiber installed today. Tech was here showed me my high speed and left. Everything was great for like 15 minutes. Doing Speedtest.com and it was super fast. 300 down and 300 up easy. 

Then I connect my PS4 to my new internet and I’m getting 1.5 down and 4 up. What the heck is going on! I didn’t mess with any settings and most games are completely unplayable. My iPhone is still showing high speeds when I’m close to the router, but in the room with my PS4 it’s getting around 30 down.  

The range on this BGW210 is horrible. Please help!
