My Reward

On February 6, 2024, I was promised a $100 reward. After following up THREE Times already, NOTHING has happened!!!

VERY frustrating. Seems like I am getting the runaround.

I need to escalate this to management! How can I do this. I have been calling the escalation number listed, but NO HELP!!!!!

I’d did chat with an agent who eventually transferred me to a supervisor (painfully).

Unfortunately she didn’t add anything to the situation. She again, as previously contacted agents, promised I will get  my card in (another) three weeks. She couldn’t send me a written confirmation of this not could I copy the chat discussion.

Unbelievable how poor this process is. At my first opportunity, I will be replacing ATT.
