Never received promotional gift card

We only signed on for the 1000mpbs plan in February due to a representative encouraging us to take advantage of a $100 gift card promotion for the 1gig service.

it’s now June, we never received an email with activation or confirmation for the reward, but we do receive monthly billing reminders.

Upon finally getting in touch with connected communities, I was hung up on lol.

but not before they told me the reward probably expired since it’s been more than 6 weeks - something we were never informed of to begin with.

Contacting the rewards team has also been impossible, not even the community rep could get them to answer her. I’d love to send an email but that’s something att doesn’t do for whatever reason

needless to say I’m highly disappointed and feel as though we’ve been scammed for all this time, paying for 1gig when we don’t need it and waiting for a gift card that we won’t be getting since I didn’t Karen it up weeks ago!

Go to  https://rewardcenter.att.com/home.aspx  now.  It may not be too late yet.

@JefferMC

It may not be too late yet.

Oh it's too late by a long shot. Customers only have 75 days to claim rewards after the customer receives notification. In the case of @coopermegh it is doubtful they ever qualified for the Reward Card since they are in a Connected Community and ordered from a representative vs a simple Online Order where they would have seen the details on any reward offers at order time.

If he were eligible, and if he ordered near the end of February or they took a little bit of time to notify him, then his 75 days might just now be ticking out.  Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
