Opening outbound port 445

I opened my port 25 now I need to open port 445 for my business account.  How can i open it?

1) You don't really want to be speaking 445 over the Internet.

2) I don't think you can talk AT&T into opening it up on the consumer/non-dedicated Internet side of the house.

If you have an Enterprise Account, then I'd move to the Business Forum ( https://bizcommunity.att.com/ ) not this consumer forum.  If you have a "small business" account, then you probably should still move to the Business Forums but I doubt you're going to get anywhere with unblocking port 445.

I would still discourage you from attempting to use SMB outside of a local network or VPN.  Microsoft says:

If the required protocol is SMB and the access is from clients on-premises, then a VPN or ExpressRoute connection from on-premises to your Azure network is required, with Azure Files exposed on your internal network using private endpoints.
