Packet Loss
Hi, I currently have at&t fiber internet, I swapped from at&t to spectrum a few months ago but eventually swapped back to at&t. I had absolutely no issues with packet loss when I initially had at&t, but after I swapped back to at&t from spectrum I had and still have packet loss consistently all the time. I have used the app ping plotter to determine this and know 100% that it is an issue and would like it to be fixed.

If you 'know' 100% it is an AT&T issue then you call them to report it. This is a public forum of other customers, so we can help guide troubleshooting to narrow down where the issue is (whether that be within AT&T's network or somewhere else in the route the packets are taking), but we cannot fix it for you.
