Placed order missing

I placed an order for fiber and accidentally navigated off of the page with the link to create an account after submitting my order and now I cannot find my order in the system by email or account number (I have screenshots of the receipt) nor can I create an account but my account has been charged for the order. I also have not received any confirmation emails.

Call 800-288-2020. Confirm you have an install appointment. Phone rep should be able to complete creating an account.
