Promotion on an order not being honored
I have a promotion for an extra $20.00 off internet per month for 12 months for bundling with my wireless service. I have spoken to multiple people including a manager in the loyalty department telling me the promotion does not exist, and I was told today to just ignore it because it is a typo. This seems like poor customer service to me.
I was told that even though it is on my order, they do not see it on their end and there is no way that it exists since they can't see it, yet a manager at a store saw it and said they should handle it, unfortunately he could not since it is internet, store only handles wireless.

There is a $20 discount off internet IF your a NEW internet subscriber to either ATT Fiber Internet 300 or greater OR NEW subscriber to ATT AIR, a 5G FWA product AND either have existing post paid cellular service or new post paid cellular phone service with a limited data plan of $60 or more OR an unlimited data plan of $75 or more.
You cannot have been upgraded or migrated from an existing ATT internet service.
Do you meet all these conditions…
NEW internet customer
Fiber 300+ or AIR, not copper service on green port of gateway
Have ATT Wireless POST PAID, not prepaid
if limited data cost is $60+ or unlimited cost of $75+ before discounts
